If you and a group of friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, faith community members, would like to prepare a meal for 250 of our friends experiencing homelessness, this is a great opportunity to make a holiday even more meaningful.
Oak City Cares works with other community partners to identify holidays when our guests experiencing homelessness may need a meal.
Thanks to generous volunteer groups, we are able to open for holiday meals and provide meal service at 11:00 am Brunch and 1:30 pm Mid-Day Meal on the below holiday:
- Monday, September 2nd, Labor Day
