Volunteer: Community Engagement CrewCalling all communicators! Are you social? Do you enjoy attending events for a great cause? Would you like to help spread the word that no one should experience homelessness alone? As part of the Community Engagement Crew, you will be called on occasionally (3-5 times annually) to represent Oak City Cares at community table events. These events range from baseball games to tree lightings. They do include weekend and evening opportunities. They all involve hosting a table with info on Oak City Cares and sharing with the general public details about our mission, volunteering and donating. If you would like to be a part of this important outreach effort for Oak City Cares, just sign-up here. We will reach out with further information as specific opportunities arise. This sign-up is for you to express your interest in upcoming opportunities. You can let us know if you prefer weekday or evening opportunities in the Notes section when you sign-up. Questions: Contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Laura Martin, at 984-344-9603 or volunteercoordinator@oakcitycares.org
